Academy Privacy
TPN Academy uses your Google account name, email and account identifier to sign you in and match your administrator-approved membership. Signing in does not grant access to training.
We store your training access, lesson playback progress, video playback time, watched portions and playback jumps, course completions, saved courses, course notes and certificates to provide the academy. Academy administrators can manage access and view training progress. Course notes are shown only to the member who wrote them.
The academy runs on Cloudflare. Google provides sign-in and Vimeo provides embedded videos. These providers process information needed to operate their services under their own privacy policies. The academy does not request access to your Gmail, Google Drive or Google Admin data.
A secure session cookie keeps you signed in for up to 12 hours. A short-lived cookie protects the sign-in process. Signing out ends the academy session.
